​Billy Coles is President and CEO of BCP Group of Companies. He is a resi-dential and commercial developer with 25 years of experience in construction, winning the 2012 and 2015 Developer of the Year award from Choice Hotels Canada. Throughout the years BCP has been involved in an estimated 200 hotel projects across Western Canada, and since 2006 has operated in the capacity of General Con-tractor.  BCP is the exclusive General Contractor for CCR Hospitality.

                                           Greg Rector has been an independent businessman since 1989, and is current owner of Flashpoint Developments Inc. and Fortress 7 Developments Corp. Prior thereto, he was President of Alstar Oilfield Contractors Ltd for twenty years. Greg has solid experience managing all levels of multiple projects, including construction and operations. Greg is also a property manager.

                                          Chris Ritter holds a BA in Business and has obtained his professional accounting designation. After gaining experience in the Accounting and Marketing departments at Chevron Canada Resources and Poco Petroleums, he launched out on his own and has consulted for several smaller companies both in oil & gas and manufacturing.  Since 2011 his primary focus has been hotel development with CCR.

​Greg Ziegler has many years   of experience in Senior Management, Operations Management, and Petroleum Engineering. In addition to 20 years of involvement in Junior Oil and Gas Exploration, Development, and Production, Greg has worked 12 years in Large Oil and Gas Petroleum and Economic Planning. His most recent endeavours include the evaluation of new hotel markets and acquisition of land and existing hotels.
